I love to eat and I’ve never been super fond of hitting the health club 3 nights per week. I’m guessing there are others like me that have continued to eat abundantly well while successfully avoiding all treadmills and stairmasters.

Personally, I did (or tried to do) Atkins, green drinks, low calorie, no carbs, the Ceyenne Pepper Detox, intermittent fasting, and many other concepts but for years I seem to be heavier  on my annual New Year’s Day weigh-in. After 10+ years, enough was enough.

To change course and improve my overall health, I set out to create a sustainable health plan that would help me drop 5 pounds per month, become healthier, and most importantly, something that I could do on a permanent basis. No more up and down (mostly up) for me.

The Power Plan is now done and proven with results to be very workable and sustainable. Beside our 5 products formula, the Power Plan is mostly a compilation of momisms that most of us have heard many times… “drink more water”, “eat a bigger breakfast than dinner”, “get plenty of rest”, “get some sun and exercise”, etc.

I lost 40 pounds in the first 8 months, have more energy, sleep better, enjoy putting on clothes again, can walk up stairs without taking breaks, and feel healthier.

Now, I would like to share this Power Plan with others that may have added a few notches in their belts.

In my observations, some of the most successful weight loss programs have been those that compensate the participants hansomly for promoting their success to others. We intend to pay in abundance those that help others discover and use Tropic Power.
